• Nationwide delivery within South Africa.

3. Processing & Dispatch
• 1–2 business days after inspection.
• Tracking details provided on dispatch.
4. Delivery Options
• Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days.
• Express Delivery: Available on request.
• Heavy items shipped palletised for safety.
5. Shipping Costs
• Shipping at cost of customer. Based on weight, size, and destination.
• Free delivery applies on selected promotions.
6. Premium Packaging
• Heavy items reinforced with pallet bases.
• Inserts and delicate finishes individually wrapped.
7. Damages & Missing Items
• Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
• Prompt resolution or replacement arranged.
• Additional shipping Insurance available on request
8. Returns & Exchanges
• As products are custom-built, returns are not accepted unless defective or damaged.
